This project involved a comprehensive remodeling of a 1970’s era house overlooking one of Minnesota’s beautiful rivers. Situated high on a bluff, the owners wished to capitalize on the views while making sure energy issues were dealt with.

We removed two interior walls separating the kitchen from the dining room, and the living room from a study. This opened the house up to the outdoors in a big way. We installed new hardwood flooring, cabinets, granite countertops and many new windows. We also constructed a deck with a trellis, and recycled some tempered glass panels into deck railings.
