I had to bring a load of equipment to the Faith Lutheran Church job in Dodge Center late this morning….and enjoy some pizza. The congregation hosted a pizza party for the construction workers on the site. This was a very nice gesture and was greatly appreciated by all those working on the church. They fed us three different varieties of ‘home made’ pizza and a nice dessert.
When I left to head back to Northfield I couldn’t help but stop and snap a photo of this nice old farm house that I pass. It is just outside Dodge Center. Every time I look at it I wonder about the people that lived in it….where they came from, how many children lived in the home, etc. It actually is a very straight old structure that looks to be in pretty good condition for its age, and lacking some windows.
